Boxing and the ISOROBIC
Our ISOROBIC Director of Communications Cindy Cochran introduced a boxer I was not aware of to me. By her introduction, we were privileged to speak with Bertos trainer Tony. The great news was Tony was already familiar with our ISOROBIC Concept and the many uses for it from people who just want a total fitness package in just 6-15 minutes a day to an adjunct training tool for a professional boxer like Berto.
Well, Saturday night 2-17-07 my beautiful wife Alyson and I returned home from a very special anniversary dinner and I was sharing with her about Berto and some of his accomplishments for example he not only was a champion Olympic boxer and won, but now a very accomplished professional boxer whom has won all of his 16 fights.
Well Saturday night was no different with one big Exception, the fight was scheduled for 10 rounds and Mr. Berto stepped up with not only extreme speed but power with a great tactical fight and won a TKO in the first round in alittle over 2 minutes! AMAZING!
